So dinner last night was amazing – Sean made an Asian chicken dish in a spicy sauce that was very good. It’s nice having someone cook for you (who knows how to cook) and all I had to do was set the music and chill the sake.
So while shopping for ingredients at the Whole Foods on Leesburg Pike near Sean’s, it seems that location carries ostrich eggs in their produce dept. Yes, ostrich eggs. If you’ve never seen one, they’re almost the size of a soccer ball. I was thinking, first, I had no idea their was such a demand for ostrich products. How do they taste? And my god, how many omelets could one make from one?
Has anyone actually used one before??
