The lobsters when they arrived
The lobsters were great, Sean also made asparagus and Coquilles St. Jacques (a meal full of legendary aphrodisiacs I now realize) as well as an amazing molten chocolate cake for desert. For dipping sauces "Chef Tom" also made green and red mojo sauces, a savory guava caramelized sauce (the recipes of which I won't post here until Sean and Margo patent them for their bottled sauce empire which is going to make me a very rich husband!).
